Default Full Tilt rake reports are broken at the moment

Full Tilt has been making some changes to their rake reports, and as a result there is still some data missing from the reports we get. Because of this we cannot update our Full Tilt rakeback.com/">rake back Rake Tracking.

Full Tilt has said their technical department is looking in to this, and we will start updating Full Tilt raketracking/">Rake Tracking again once the rake reports have been fixed.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Your rake is being tracked by Full Tilt and it will not go missing, this matter is only about rake reports.

A small update to what Mollila said before.

So we are actually missing 10,11,12 of April data but 13th of April is showing 10+11+12+13th of April data. Yeasturday we realized that the we have the same problem for the 22nd and 23rd of April so right now total rakeback amount in your Rake Tracking for Full Tilt got a 4 days delay. Full Tilt was notified several times about it but we still got now answer from them.

Still no reply.. unfortunately. So yes right now the delay is quite big and the last available correct data is until 21st of April.

I just started a few days ago and I don't see any change in my raketracking.
Is this due to the issues in this thread?
I am new so I don't fully understand yet how this rakeback works, I have already played quite a few hands as I usually play 2 to 3 tables at once.

    Thanks

It's not just surrounding Full Tilt I don't think...mine's not working for any of the sites. No worries though, I know they're working on it.
I see you talking but all I hear is blah blah blah

Hey, Full Tilt is working fine now and all these missing days were uploaded.

to johnolerud9: you joined full tilt on the 4th of April so starting from this day you will see your rakeback generated.

All my numbers show as 0.00 just wondering if there is a follow up?

    Hi Tony,

I am not sure if you replied to my latest message after I posted my message as the time looks the same, but can let me know if there is any rakeback for April at all? Even if I don't get any rackeback due to my deposit bonus shouldn't the rake tracker show at least Gross rake?

    Thanks

    Hi again johnolerud9,

I did a mistake in my previous post. You were actually signed up for Full Tilt on the 3rd of November 2007. I checked you if you are tagged to us and I think that you were removed from our affiliate tracker due to the 60 day rule. But I am not sure about that. I will contact Full Tilt asking them if it really happened.

Well I did make a $600 deposit as soon as I heard about the rule they were putting in place.
I would like to keep playing there.

    Hi again,

We received an answer from Full Tilt and they told us that you were unfortunately removed from our affiliate tracker. I saw your post at another thread for the 25th of April where you were telling that you are planning to deposit, but at that moment it was already too late. Because the rule started to work on the 1st of April and your account was created a long time ago and you never got $25 balance in your account. There is nothing we can do about it because it is the rule of Full Tilt not Rakeback.com. If you are interested in other rakeback deals then you can check out the list here.
