Does anyone know if Sharkscope takes into account money you get from knocking people out in bounty tournies when working out your ROI etc?

No it does not.

remember that the stats shark scope shows are average ROI not total ROI, so u can have a +AROI and be a losing player (bad bankroll management), it is much more important to focus on playing well and making the right decisions and your own stats will even them self out.
