Does rakeback last forever on an account or does it have a certain expiration?

Rakeback is for the life of your account, providing that the poker room exists and does not change its policy or agreement.

Full Tilt Poker recently announced that they start enforcing a 60 day deposit policy, meaning that a player must have $25 or more in his/her account within 60 days of opening the account for the rakeback deal to remain active.
