Default Flat rake vs. contribution rake

I haven't quite figured out where I'd make my most money in rakeback. I'm not to tight or to loose a player, so maybe it would be about even. I guess contribution rakeback programs like Ultimatebet reward action players that actually build the rake rather than rocks.

However sometimes I find myself playing to many pots in order to release bonuses on UB.

Ultimate Bet only counts the rake you have contributed to the pot. Works if you are playing 15/30, or if you happen to play every hand.
Other sites you don't have to have any money in the pot. So you can sit there like a lump and collect rake back. UB players are so aggressive. It is hard to see a flop.
UB releases bonuses based on UB points. You get UB points if you have .01 cents or greater in the pot. So you shouldnt have to play an inordinate amount of hands to release your bonus. If you play stud you don't ever have to play a hand cause of the ante.
