Now I don't normally kiss butt but you have to give credit where credit is due. Rakeback.com's customer service via these threads is outstanding. Whenever someone has a question about rakeback payments and so forth there's always someone replying immediately I wish my phone company, credit card company, insurance company and gas and electric company etc. etc. would be so customer friendly. Oh and by the way we all know the best thing about Rakeback.com is the MONEY!!!!

In old times when the Rakeback.com project was starting there were no customer support team at all in the beginning, but it all changed and satisfaction of our clients is much higher than it was for example one year ago. LOL I was seriously just thinking about how sub-standard customer service is here in the Bay Area in California. At almost any restaraunt you can get some half-ass service and rarely a smile.

Yes, these guys are on the ball. I have had my questions answered every time one pops up. I see others concerns are dealt with promptly. Rakeback is constantly offering us great promotions with cash incentives, awesome.
