    Default Refferal Question

I have a player reffered and it shows 1 reffered player, but under active player it still shows 0.

Does this take time to update, or was something not done correct?

    Thanks,
    Brian

The Player you referred must join one of the affiliated poker sites through Rakeback and begin earning Rake. Once they have done this, the person you referred will then show up as Active, and you will begin to earn commission on that player.
I see you talking but all I hear is blah blah blah

Even though it wasn't answered at this time by someone from rakeback.com, it sounds like the logical answer to me.

    Hi everyone

Liladypokerpro is right, you see number of people you referred but to strat earning your referral commision the person whom you referred must sign-up for a rakeback deal and start generating rakeback, then you will start earning 2-10% commission on all rakeback paid to your referred people. Once a month we send an email to all our referrals and provide them with the amount of referral commision they generated and with the payment methods. By the way you can choose your referral payment method here.

No, No I understand all that.

The person did sign up via my banner, deposited a few hundred and has been playing cash games for too many hours now, lol.

My point is, it shows "1 refferal" but under "Active members" It shows 0.

Does me not having a rakeback deal mess this up? I dont need 1, I am using this acct strcitly for referals.

    Hi again,

Actually you see 0 active members because this player whom you referred got two rakeback applications which are not confirmed for now. So when his rakeback deals will be confirmed you will see that you started generating referral commision from this persons rakeback. Your referred friend will get all the rakeback starting from his first raked hand so it means that none of you will loose money for the period when rakeback application was worked. Usually this process takes 1-3 days. So everything is fine just check your Rake Tracking later and if any more questions just ask me
