Whenever I sit down at a new table, or a new player sits down at my table, I run a search to see which players are multitabling. The reason being, the more tables they play, the tighter the hand selection will be. This is certainly an important clue as to where you stand during a particular hand, as you can bet in position after a check or play a hand more cautiously when forced with a decision as to whether to call a bet.

I see you talking but all I hear is blah blah blah

I've seen wild 4-tablers, i'm seen maniacs play 3 tables at once, Seen rocks at 4 tables. You will not run across just one type of player (although a good portion are one type) when you see them multi-table. You need to judge on a case by case basis.
