Sorry, but I don't think you do. Put it this way, before, when I took a bad beat, I put a whole in my wall and door (about 3 times in each spot). Now, I have that under control.

When I lost the $10400 pot in a cash game to a rivered 1-outer, I put 6 holes in the walls around my office (which is kinda how I broke the chair in the first place lol) and punched a hole clean thru the door lol
