Ultimate Bet rakeback

What do they mean when it says Ultimate Bet rakeback is flat. To my understanding, with Ultimate Bet rakeback, you get rakeback on only contributed pots at cash game tables. Can someone please make me aware of whether I am understanding correctly or not, if not, please clarify. Thanks.

Flat means that your percentage is the one displayed on our website and for Ultimatebet rakeback is 30%. It does not matter how much you play and how much rake you generate your rakeback will be always 30%. There is also another type of rakeback called Progressive, progressive means that the more rake you generate the higher percentage you will get back.

does it seem to anyone that ub is slow to indicate to rakeback.com as to how much rake you have paid at a given time. i think they get it right, but it all comes in at the end.
