Ultimate Bet "Invalid User Name" Error

Does anyone have experience with this error?
After getting my RB set-up with UB I finally made my first deposit yesterday.
I immediately noticed that they didn't give me the 111% bonus. Instead it was only 80%. I wrote support to tell them. I decided to play anyways and lost a little. Then I got a message this morning saying that they had fixed the deposit bonus but now I can't log into the account as is says my account is invalid. I find this rather strange as I did a password change just in case something else was wrong and that seemed to go through no problem, although the account is invalid??? Any thoughts.

Try all your different passwords. If that doesn't work, contact support again. They might ask you to provide proof that it is you trying to get into your own account, so make a video, take a pic, or something rto prove to them.

did you create a second NEW account so you could get rakeback...if so, thats the reason it wont let you log on.
