Hi! I got a great advice for newbies in poker...take advanage of your blinds!!....if u got an OK hand...lets say..J-K..my advice is to raise 3x the blind(if the blinds are low and if u are in late pos.)!. The thing is, many people that limped in behind u is gonna call this, that makes the pot 3 times as big and if u get a great flop, it's most likely yours, if u miss the flopp u only loosed 3x bb(no big lost)!

Any how this is a great way to build up your stack in the beginning of the tourney...

I have to disagree with that. Especially early in the tournament it's always pretty wild, and limpers will call a raise of that size most of the time. Once one calls, the second limper calls, then the rest follow and you get beat by either ace-rag or or something like 57off...

I dunno, I always thought that early in the tournament it's pointless playing marginal hands because the pots are small any you stand to lose too often. Once the blinds get bigger, then it's time to play a little more hands because of the fact that pots get a) bigger and b) people start playing extremely tight/conservative.

I think its ok to see a flop with KJ early in tournaments, better if its a double stack one so you have room and as any drawing hand its best to either limp or raise with it. I myslef play loose at start (up to lvl4 or so) and tighten up in the middle stages. Don't take this as advice of any sort, I'm a terrible MTT player cause I only play them to win. Its not my moneymaking game so just cashing out is not a goal.
But yeah I'd def see some flops with KJ ealry in a tournament.

Early tournament online play is a slippery slope. You get many more players seeing flops early on. I may not even raise hands like 1010 and JJ in the first blind level or two, the situation really determins action in the early going, I expect very loose play at the start of a tournament. It seems like at the first two blind levels there are many players attempting to see flops, calling 5-6 times BB raises with 2-3 callers in front of them. Marginal hands fair even less in this type of scenerio. You may get lucky, but doubling up early in a tourney is not a guarantee for a cash, but going broke will get you a ticket to the rail. Use caution in the early going, do not be afraid of playing your good hands, but be prepared to be facing off against anything.
