Problems with UB rakeback

Hey, it seems im having 3 problems with my UB rakeback.

1. my rakeback hasnt updated in 4 days

2. my NET rake back is about $1.75 without those 4 days and it says my rakeback is -0.35???

3. last month my UB rakeback was paid by the 8th, its the 10th and i have yet to receive my rake back

2. By looking at the numbers it seems that there is something wrong with the Rake Tracking. I have asked our developer to take a look at the numbers and code.
3. UB rakeback payments have no fixed date, they are paid by the 20th day of following calendar month. That said I expect July UB rakeback to be paid by tomorrow.

No, your rakeback for that day is correct. It is supposed to be -$0.43 because you have a $1.25 bonus deduction on that day.

What causes the confusion is that we were showing a Net Rake column for UltimateBet in Rake Tracking, even though no Net Rake is used in UB rakeback calculations. I asked our developer to disable the Net Rake column from UB Rake Tracking.

UB rakeback is calculated as 30% * Gross Rake minus 25% of bonuses. Your Gross Rake for 6th was $2.75 and you got a $5 bonus that day. So your rakeback is (30% * $2.75) - (25% * $5) = -$0.43.
