Haven't received any payments

I signed up for rakeback.com in December, and from what I understand, payments for the previous month are to be sent by the 20th. It's January 24th now and I haven't received a payment or follow-up e-mail. Is there any reason for this delay?

We have not had access to UB affiliate database for the whole week, since it is being updated. This has caused a further delay.

Payments will be made after we get access to affiliate statistics again.

As an apology we will issue a $10 bonus on top of rakeback for players that generated rake in Decembe.

This is getting ridiculous. I was supposed to be paid 37 days ago; now even my February payment is almost a week late. At least an update of some kind would be nice.

This was quite something that we also would not have liked to happen.

UPDATE: Tonight we got the commission reports from our affiliate manager, that enables us to calculate rakeback for players for all this time.

As I am just moving today to a different country, the payments will not be processed on Tuesday. Wednesday evening is a better estimate.

Our affiliate manager is still working on getting the status cleared of all Ultimatebet players whose rakeback registrations have been on Pending status for a long time.
