Hello philipalden,
Welcome to Rakeback.com forums!I moved your post here to the Rakeback forum from Introductions forum. You can find some information about this poker room deposit bonus here: Poker Deposit Bonus | UltimateBet.com Online Poker Room

I do not have an account with UltimateBet, but I do know they are joining a new poker network named 'Cyreos' or something like that. I believe it will have skins for each poker room. I know of UltimateBet and Absolute are going to be part of this network, there may be others. What that means is the players from different sites are in essence in the same poker room, our screens appear different, but play is common. Each site can have unique offers and promotions, but when you go to a lobby there are 'outsiders' present, not just players from your site.

I play UB most of the time, and occasionally PS. Play on UB offers, of course, rakeback (which PS does not) and a Bad Beat Jackpot (which pays the players involved in the bb hand, and also all others playing at that level (i.e. .50/1.00 NLHE) a piece of the jackpot. The last jb was $258,000. *
UB has limit and no limt Hold'em (some pot limit but not usually avail), Omaha, Razz, Stud, & various HORSE games. Many tourneys (micro to high stakes), satellites and Sit n Goes (and some free rolls) . Their big game is the Sunday NLHE $200,000 guarantee, with Sats into it. Also offering trips to Aruba tourney now and Sats in it. Overall PS has more players and more variety of games, but no rake back. UB has no icons on players (which I prefer) and fast play.
UB has a sign-up bonus which isnt that hard to get if you play a few times a week. Given in $5 increments based upon your amount of play.
* To qualify, the losing hand has to be 8888 or better and lose (such as to KKKK, or a str8 flush). It was last won yesterday (8/19) and the losing player won $84,000, and giver of bad beat won $42,000. Other players at that table got $1,252.00 and all players at that level got $252.00. Not bad for just playing at the time. Seems to be won every 4-6 days or so.

If you always stop while you're ahead, you'll never lose.
