Rakeback on hold

hey guys, i just recently signed up to rakeback.com about a week or so ago....When i go to raketracking/">rake tracker it says my status is on hold ?anyone no what this means?

Everytime a new month starts the rake tracking takes a few days to update...just give it time...if you don't notice any change by the 5th I'd submit a Support ticket.

On Hold status means that we have reveived your rakeback application and it is in processing, and are waiting for further information either from the poker room or player.

ok this person signs up to rakeback "after having a account to Ultimatebet ,and gets rakeback,,I do the same thing and no rakerakeback,,why? was there a policy change in January 09 made ?
