Took 6th in the $130 deep stack
Yep went back last night, and was rocking it. I went to the final table with 47K in chips and went completely cold cards for over an hour. Soo going thru 500/1000, 1000/2000 and 1500/3000 blinds playing only 1 hand. I seen every form of 93o at least 4 times during that hour, got 72o twice, T3s twice and didn't see a SINGLE ace the entire time. Soo after we got down to 6, all the big stacks switched gears and starting playing tight and I'm down to 21K in chips (bluffed at a few pots from the button to try and stay above 20K). all of them fold to me on the button, with 9
7
. I limp (why I didn't shove is beyond me), so the small blind puts in another 1500 and BB (one of the hyper aggressive big stacks) takes the option.

SB checks, BB checks, I insta push all in for my remaining 17.5K
The SB thinks for a few minutes after I got up from the table and walked off for a minute with my water. After getting the clock called on him by another player, he makes the call and the BB instantly mucks his hand. Mind you, The SB only had me covered by 3K in chips!
I return after hearing the call, to see he called me down with 8

Villian makes a 4 to 8 str8 lol.
oh well, I cashed the event (not much more than the BI but hey, It is still a cash). That improves me to 80% cashing live tournaments
and I learned more about live tournament play and players that helped me accumlate a massive chip stack early.
Expect to see me in Tunica, MS in October (even if I have to quit my job), at the World Poker Open
Hopefully I can win a smaller event and get my entry into the main event!
I just won $50 from you, that you could have used, to buy food, but you can't now!
