    Default Going deep

I have been playing alot of freerolls the last week or so. It's not the money but the experience and practice I seek. Heck I post more to join a table than I won in all of those freerolls combined.
I especially like a large amount of entrants like most major tournaments have. Except you dont have to pay 10 Grand (YET) to get this practice. Anyway I'm not doing badly heres a link to my stats for this . If you ever want to be in the WSOP I reccomend getting practice first and this is a good way to do that cheaply.

Sorry, but to say freeroll 'experience' is useful for playing something like the WSOP is madness

    Default I disagree

Yes theres craploads of donks that dont play like WSOP entrants. But there are crap loads of people that do also.
The actual experience of a large field tournament and the way the blinds and antes work ect is invaluable. And it's way more experience than not playing it at all.

I honestly wouldn't do it if I didn't think the experience was worth it. Because the payout for the amount of time I spent doing it was a joke. Im not a big tournament player honestly. I prefer ring games. I know I got boatloads of experience playing tournament free. Most people have to pay for an education.

The reason I post this stuff is not for senior members like you also, Its for the newcomers to poker. Unless you want a join the ring game were trying to get going.

I spend hours browsing these forums and the only thing im trying to do is help. I'm trying to give advice that is good from own personal experience. These people don't have your bankroll or knowledge. For them to go start playing 10 $ buy in with people like us is gonna get real expensive fast. where as if they enter free and maybe win a couple pennies here and there after a year or two might actually stand a chance in a tournament format where the blinds start forcing you to play let alone Antes when you start getting DEEP.

    Default I agree to disagree

I admire your intentions but honestly speaking, you're kind of stating the obvious and add to that the misleading topic name, this post is .....

If you were going to indulge us with some strategy about getting deep in a tournament that'd be beneficial.

Nothing special but I find OPR's ranking's pages much better than the one you pasted, here's mine...
