Maybe I'm wrong in feeling this way, but I just have to get it out.

I am so tired of seeing the "whiners" complaining and dogging rakeback. Here's the thing, folks...rakeback gets your raketracking/">rake tracking information from the poker site...if the poker site does not provide rakeback with that information, or if that information is not correct, then rakeback has to work day and night to try and get that problem resolved so that YOU, the complainers who knock these very hard working people, can get your money. So think twice before you bite the hand that feeds you before you know all there is to know about what goes on with these people. They are working hard for all their members, I can assure you that.

Next, the complaints about the support ticket system. Take a moment and THINK for a second. Say you wake up and check your email and you have 3,000 new messages in your inbox...now, say that each one of those messages requires an answer from a poker site in order to resolve it. Think that each of those poker sites takes a whole day to answer each inquiry, because the poker site support can only look up specific information for one player at a time. Could you answer 3,000 questions needing 3,000 different answers from different poker sites in ONE DAY? NO...of course you couldn't...you couldn't even do it in a week. So lay off the support ticket system and be patient for crying out loud.

Finally, if you rely solely on the money from your rakeback to have any money, then perhaps you shouldn't be playing poker at all. If having that money is altering your perception in such a way that you simply cannot get by without your rakeback, you really need to step back and take a look at your skill level, buy in level, bankroll management, all of that.....re-evaluate yourself and make yourself a better and profitable player.....then I bet you won't be so stressed out over your rakeback payments when they happen to be late, or when there happens to be a problem with the communication from a poker site.

Okay I'm done...sorry...I just wish people would stop and THINK before they start bashing rakeback, because they are the hardest working site I know, and I for one am thankful that they are here.

I have always said there are two types of people in the world> doers and complainers. Those that can, do; those that can't, complain. When I meet someone, I listen to them. Do they engage in interesting conversation about their life, kids, news, world events and are they active in their career, a hobby, a sport, or anything fun? Or does the conversation revolve around their complaints about everything under the sun? It says a lot about one's personality. I find complaining very annoying and negative.

I agree with the lillady. Remember, rakeback money and freerolls by RB are free, so take it easy, especially the newbies. This site costs you nothing. If you can't find a freeroll password, or the tourney at the site, make a post and ask. Don't complain and say "This is bullsh*t." It's there. The fact that there is even such a thing as 'rakeback' is amazing in the first place. Take advantage of the free money - not every online poker player does. And it would be nice if it was paid like immediately, but when it shows up, it's a nice little bonus. And it should only represent a fraction of your bankroll. If you need that money to sit down at a table, your bankroll isn't big enough. And for most of us non-pros, your bankroll shouldn't be money you need to pay the real bills in life. It's fun money - entertainment. So relax...no biting the hand that feeds you.

Yea I have to say I agree with you guys. Rakeback has been nothing but good to me. I just wish I would have known about it before I had most of my accounts set up. Oh well.

Another thing I would like to add that is relavent to this point. I cant stand when some people bash other people because they think a post is ignorant or none relevant. If you dont like a post, u dont have to post a reply, just move on to the next. Its that simple. There is no need to bring other people down.

Rakeback has answered any and all questions I have ever presented to them. They are a small business with large results. I have always been paid my rakeback at two different sites on a timely manner, ALWAYS. Rakeback is a poker players best friend. If you have an issue, fill out a ticket, or a friendly post, maybe others have the same issue, but do it in a friendly manner. Rakeback is as customer friendly as you will find on this rock.

If you do not like a forum, then reply in a friendly manner. This site is a bonus on top of monthly, weekly, and daily rakeback. Good debate will strengthen all of us, in more aspects than poker. We all have faults and we are not writers, we are poker players. Enjoy these forums, keep them better then the rest of the trash posts on the net where there are more insults than topic.

I love rakeback. It has always payed out within 48 hours of when I expect it. I have never once complianed and I have never once been skrewed.

I personally think if your complaining about not getting money that is really bonus money you wouldnt normally get then your probably not the greatest poker player or you have a serious issue. Do you ever complain when you get invited for a free meal at moms? HELL NO its free and yummy. Now imagine complaining to mom that the food was cold cause she took to long to give it to you? Now wouldnt you expect her to either smack you or not invite you over as much. I treat rakeback like family and they have always treated me the same.

Learn something. Maybe complaining isnt the answer. Sometimes you just have to wait and smile. Talking up is not always the way to get what you want.

You can take my name off you forum, I thought it would be a good place to play. But to go in a game and get called name is not me Ida of fun,. I can just play any game on fulltilt for that. Most of the forum and friends and there fun game to go in to.
