I signed up for rakeback on sept 4 and since that time i have been playing regularly on UB but I cannot see any of rakeback tracking stats nor have I received any rakeback for this period of time. I have submitted several tickets, two of which are on hold but I have been trying to resolve this issue for two months! Bottom line i have received any money in rakeback in an account that I opened specifiically for that purpose AND reached ICON status in 10 days!!

Hi, I also signed up for UB Rakeback and there is still no indication of this on my Rakeback page. I emailed Rakeback Admin last week and tried to get verification that everything was in place.

I received an email back stating that I was in fact poroperly sigend up, and was accumulating rakeback, and that it would appear on my Rakeback page this week. It still hasn't appeared, but it's Wednesday, so I will give it til the end of the week.

You may want to email admin and verify that you are actually signed up correctly. If you signed up 6 weeks ago, I can't imagine what the delay would be.

All this situation with your rakeback account for UB is 100% caused by Ultimatebet. We already emailed them 3 times and received no responce. They made several mistakes before with your account also providing us with wrong information. So right now I also see that your raketracking/">Rake Tracking was updated only on the 4th of September and that you still did not received your rakeback for September, actually UB told us also that you will get your rakeback for Sep in October 100% but it is already 30th and I see you still did not received anything. So today I will email them once again and will try to make them solve your problem ASAP, because you are already waiting for a long time.

Your UB rakeback account is ok and you are generating rakeback the thing is that you just do not see that in your Rake Tracking but this will be fixed soon. I also sent you a PM with your current generated rakeback for UB so check your messages please
