We received your support ticket on Friday 14th after 17:00 (GMT+2) when actually our support stopped working already Our support working hours are from 09:00-17:00 (GMT+2) Mon-Fri so yes we do not work on weekends. All the support tickets which came during the weekends are answered on Mondays. Sorry for making you to wait anyway and please check your email we sent you an answer already
