Nordica issues. please help

I have raked over 400 hands in over 3k hands played on nordica over the last week and still dont have a coupon to the exlcusive event. how long does that take till I recieve it? is anyone else having this issue?

I haven't heard of this promotion.

Edit: Alright, I see what you're talking about. They're saying it only takes 10 raked hands. Like yourself, I have well over 400 raked hands so far. Also like yourself, I have no coupon. I have to assume that they aren't going to issue the coupons until after the 20th when the time to play the 10 hands ends.

If I don't see it on the 21st, I'll start asking and being concerned.

I have an account at PN and got a coupon automatically. Ten raked hands between 11/1 and 11/20. Did you sign up with PN through Rakeback.com downloading the software from the Rb site? Did you then go to the page at Rb.com to input your nickname:

Was your sign up verified by both PN and RB? If you're getting rakeback daily then you're signed up properly I think.

The coupon is found in the Tab: Cashier/Coupons. Input nothing on that page.

Then you have to sign up manually at the Aussie Sat event at PN in the Tab: Tournaments/Private/Satellite. Look for 11/22/08-Aussie Millions Qualifier. Just click register and if you're qualified, then it allows you to sign up.
