    Default Fulltilts new Double Deuce

Recently, I have been playing on FTP, trying to get my bankroll up, and so far, it's gone the opposite way. It's not that I have been playing bad or anything, I think I am just too tight and people at the limits I play at (micro of the micro) are there to just donk off there chips. Were as I am trying to make some cold hard cash out of my little money that I have.

I am only able to deposit the minimum at FTP, and even then, I have to save some of that for non-sppending. So I don't have a bankroll for even the micro stakes games, forcing me to gamble in situations in which I don't want to, but either have to or need to because of the money. I do not like doing this, as it causes me to lose my money more times than not.

I have been trying to save up for a bankroll, but so far, that has taken longer than expected. I want to have a bankroll of at least $1k, but I am unable to do this do to my low income. So how am I going to manage to try and get some money out of not having a bankroll? Fulltilt has come up with the answer.

Every Sunday from now on, at 16:35 FTT (Full Tilt Time), they have a semi low staked tournament running. It's called the double deuce because thats how much it is to enter. $22 ($20 + $2). So far, this tournament has not even started to get recognition and 3 pros have already registered. Lee Watkinson, Michael Craig, and Steve Yea.

They have daily satellites running for these tournaments for as little as $0.50! But the satellites for this tournament for the $0.50 and the $1.10 are all scheduled re-buy + add-on tournaments, so you would end up spending more than $3 on one of these just to make it to the break. They also have $6 SnG's, paying top 2 places entry, 3rd $10 in a 9 man SnG. These are amazing odds, and if you have the bankroll for these, I suggest you keep playing in these to build up both your entries, and (if you win more than one) your cash. I am going to try this out once I get the bankroll, but for those tournament, it won't be for a while.

Now what is so special about this Double Deuce tournament? Big deal, it's $22 to enter with satellites to enter it with some pro's. I could find that on there site any other day. Well do those tournaments have a GUARANTEED prize pool of $100k? With 1st place GUARANTEED to pay out $19,800!? Now do I have your attention?

Since this tournament is so exclusive, I say that a bunch of us get together on FT and make out own satellites to this tournament. Either by setting up a private tournament in which we enter with cash, have private freerolls, or enter regular tournaments/SnG's and have a points system to put the top finishers into this tournament. I am willing to deposit and play if you all are.

It's on the Main Page of the Full Tilt lobby. It has two big '2''s and says 'Double Deuce'. I don't know the ID as I am at work, but look up any satellite and you will find it. There are $3 and $6 satellites, and also scheduled $0.50, $1.1, and $2 satellites.

You don't have to have $2,200 to enter this tournament (minimum bankroll to enter the Double Duce). That is why I posted that they have satellites as low as $0.50. You can make a minimum deposit and that's the perfect bankroll for the $0.50 + $0.10 to the house + unlimited re-buys + ONE add-on at first break. I was super stacked by the time first break reached around, and I only re-bought before the first hand to have double the stack, and double-rebought once when someone KO'd me mid-tourney. And I added on, so I spent $2.60 to be chip leader while I have seen many others put up close to $5! I would suggest just skip the re-buys and gamble with the $2/$3/$6 satellites. Better chances to cash.

Also, another reason why I posted this is because I wanted to get a little group going for this tournament. It could be either an exclusive freeroll, something where we all put up money, and some of us go to the tournament, or we have a points system to scheduled SnG's that we will play non-private.

    Hey Guys,

Count me in on whatever we decide to do! I love the MTT and especially one with a 100K guarantee. I'll keep checking back for details.

I have $1.7K in my account at the moment. so your saying I cant enter unless I win a satelite? thats kinda BS. but Im willing to get into some and play. See if any of us can take the tournament down and share the wealth.

I am not saying you can only get in on the satellite. I am saying it would be fun to have regular satellites to this tournament. You can enter the tournament and still play in these satellites to win extra cash for every other win. Thats no problem on my part. I just want to get a fun group of people together to have regular satellites for this tournament.

If you want to join, simply post that you want to join, and your FTP username.

I satellited into this yesterday, but took the T$ instead. I'd rather have $22 than a lotto ticket. Last week they capped the entries at 7000! I don't have near the patience to come anywhere near making the money, let alone the real money in a field that large. Good luck to those of you playing....it's just not for me.
