Is any American players worried about getting thier money from the poker sites they play at, if we do get banned?

The last time when sites dumped American players paypal even dumped me and had a very hard time getting my money from.

Just wondering what do think will happen if this does come about?

Well I've never had a problem withdrawing until recently. Before, I could request a withdrawal and it would be approved within 24 hours. However, recently I requested a withdrawal on the 11th and it took them until the 20th to approve it. I had to email support multiple times and they finally had to ask their financial department what the hold up was. They never gave me an explanation, just a short email saying "Sorry for the delay, your cheque has been approved." Kinda makes me leary of playing anymore until the government gets their sh!t sorted out and decides once and for all what they're going to do.

I am thinking the way, if you have to fight for your money now what is going to happen if the gov does shut us down. And how would you even fight for it?
