That's a toughy. Discipline is a huge factor...quite possibly the most important. Mainly because it takes a huge amount of discipline to play in a manor which you may not necessarily agree with, but that a particular situation might call for. Also, when practicing bankroll management discipline is a key element in successfully remaining within your means. I think next in line would be psychological, and then the math. But, to each it will be different, since some players are more mathematical than others...and some run by thought, patterns and instinct...but as far as the most important, I think I have to stick with discipline.
I see you talking but all I hear is blah blah blah

self control
I think self-control would be my BIGGEST issue. I used to TILT very bad - However, I am getting this under control, as I realize I am not playing for huge stakes....mainly .50/1 NL and 1/2 NL. I want to win, however, I used to take my poker so serious I made it no fun...I took some time off and just started back about 1 month ago...Good move on my part..
100% discipline. Even with being really great at the other elements, without discipline, you go bust all the time. Easy call on that one![]()
