Problem with UB account

since the AP and UB merged, I have been unable to log in to my UB account. It always brings me to a page that tells me to select a new nick name, telling me that my name already exist and i have to choose another one. Does anyone else have the same problem?
Does anyone know what to do or explain what has happened?

found out what was wrong... There was an AP account with the same name..

So next I have another question..

Does anyone know if we can transfer our names or accounts to from AP to UB? I mean if we can log in to the other site because I prefer the UB skin over the AP skin.

Moving account is not be possible, and both AP and UB will remain separate brands even though they are now on the same network.

If you want to play at both rooms, you need to create an account at each one. The links on our site are Absolute rakeback.com/">Poker rakeback and UltimateBet rakeback.

Your original question was already answered, but I'll include the CEREUS FAQ about nicknames here just in case if someone else has the same problem.

2. What happens if someone else from another site, that is also part of the network, has my same exact nickname?

It is possible that a Player Name identical to yours is being used within our poker network. The network automatically recognizes players based on play and seniority. So, if the exact same Player Name is being used, players that have generated more STATUS Points will keep their Player Name.

If you need to make the change, you can take this opportunity to update your Player Name to better match your style of play or game preference. What’s more, you can now also personalize your image. Show another side of yourself at the tables by uploading your own avatar from your account options page.

3. What happens if I have other player accounts on other brands that are part of the CEREUS network, all with the same nickname?

The network will only allow one instance of each Player Name. If there is a Player Name conflict, on your next login the network will notify you of the conflict and prompt you to change it.

When there is a conflict the system will automatically suggest variations of your previous Player Name or you can select an entirely new one. CEREUS also allows you to personalize your image for a new or existing Player Name by uploading your own avatar from your account options page.

If I cange my nickname will I still recieve rakeback in that account? will UB notify Rakeback about my name change or will I have to do it?
