    Default UB since the merger

    I have been getting no data in my rakeback tracking since nov 26th. I believe that this was when UB and AP merged but I am not completely sure and I haven't received any emails or seen announcements on this site to when it was going to be getting fixed. Is this an isolated problem or have other people been getting no data from UB? and if so when will it be fixed I have played an insane amount several of those days and would hate to lose the rake from it.

    This always happens around the first of the month...give it a few days and it should update as normal. If it doesn't then fill out a support ticket for faster help.

    I moved this thread from Rakeback forum to raketracking/">Rake Tracking forum

    We put a notification at our Rake Tracking that Ultimatebet and Absolute Poker rake data is available only up to 24th of November 2008! We are temporarily not getting rake reports from Ultimatebet Poker and Absolute Poker because these poker rooms are moving to a new CEREUS network. This will be fixed as soon as we start receiving reports again."
    This will not affect your rakeback payment! This is just a technical problem!
