I am wrighting once again to explain that internet poker is legal.

I continue to play on line with the House money.
Lillady explained how a freeroll win, and playing with the House's money will eventually create a bankroll (at least for some); cashing out can be accomplished with persistant winning and proper backup information sent to the site playing. This house money will in no way be considered state or federal money, or even taxable.

Will the Govt know this? If they are reading this, probably. But so what! Let them catch my act. Just like the suckout fools out there.

When the check comes, will you show the income on your tax returns?

If you have won a large amount, I would suggest you claim this, but if under $600, I personally think you are fine.

If you win at a Casino, the Govt will take their rake if you win over a certain amount, but this is usually over $1500. Cashing out in increments of $500 will probably work without any hassle.

Poker sites that choose not to do business with USA participants will be the downfall in the long run. These sites (like Party Poker) made the choice a long time ago because of the other party gaming they offer. The only fear hear is that your favorite site will discontine business with USA participants.

I play at AP. FTP, PS and Nordica (USA friendly) and have not experienced any issues. (except for the occassional suckout from the fools that think a flush or straight will surface).

If the Govt of the USA is reading this now, I say come and get me.

I am proud to say that my bankroll has been funded through freerolls!

No deposit required. Show me the money!
