Does anybody know what the exact chance of facing AA is when you hold KK?
I thought I once read, that it's not that high.
Well i think I've reached the lowest point of my downswing now:
Today i played cashgames 0.25/0.50 and was dealt KK three times in about 350 Hands.
So what do you think, how many times i faced AA??????

the only point, where the chances were correct, is, that i lost all of the three battles

It happened to me once today on .25/.50 NL and we both flopped sets, so needless to say i lost about 30$ on the hand. I'm just glad the other person was short stacked.

The chances of getting dealt AA are roughly 120-1 right?
There are 8 players excluding you, so if you are dealt two kings now the chances of someone else getting dealt AA go up slightly because two non aces are removed from the deck. So lets say 110-1

8 people with a 110-1 chance means to me that if you hold KK it's about a 14-1 shot that someone holds AA at the same time.

A lot higher then you would think but thats the same odds of seeing AA at the table when you are dealt 4-5 offsuit...

just did a little search and it looks like 6handed it's about 40-1
9handed it's 4.39% which is like 22-1 or something

someone correct me if my numbers are wrong (didn't work them out myself, just found on internet), just didn't want everyone to believe it was 14-1 and be paranoid!

The odds are much higher than 40-1

Guessing..................10,000/1- this happens at a table of 8.

And if this happens 3x, prob 1million/1
