I've been waiting since Nov. 11th for a check from Nordica...they have ALWAYS sent me my checks...but not anymore...after the FIFTH support attempt, they FINALLY sent me the following message:

We have generated a support ticket to help us track your inquiry. Your ticket code is LTK116012789748X. Please use this code in any further communication.
Please kindly note that $200 has been refunded to your account on 28th Dec 2008 19:14 as Checks cannot be sent to Kentucky residents. Please use another withdrawal option. We seek your kind understanding with regards to this matter. Please refer to your Real Money Ledger for more information. The real money ledger gives you a complete reconciliation of all debits and credits against your real money player balance up to and including the previous day.
They made me wait over a month just to say we can't send it to me?

But it seems they're telling you that you can w/d $$ thru electronic means.
