Default HELP with high pocket pairs

First post here, I am a low stakes NL Holdem player (usually .10/.25 stakes and 6 handed). I feel i have a solid game, except for some reason almost every time i lose it is from a high pp (QQ, KK, AA). Usually to boards like J 7 2 with no flush draws. I have been playing for about 2-3 years, so this isn't just about one or two suckouts.
Any advice on how to minimize my losses with these hands?

raise bigger pre-flop, and don't give people cheap draws.

Hard to say without knowing how you play them. If you keep losing with high pocket pairs (your BB/100 is negative with those after 2-3 years of play) you are definetely doing something wrong. What you could do is post a few hand histories here and people will comment on them.
Limit poker is a science, but no-limit is an art. In limit you are shooting at a target. In no-limit, the target comes alive and shoots back at you.

Would love to help out here but as was already said above it's hard to offer advice to you on what to do or not to do when we have no history of how you play when you get those big hands, or how the opponents are playing you.

One question...how are your skills with reading your opponents, and are you easily readable by others?

I see you talking but all I hear is blah blah blah

Hmm.. Thanks guys. I am actually fairly good at making reads, and my BB/100 is still positive, just not as great as it could be. I think I figured out my biggest problem with how I play them. I definitely allow people to draw to easily. Then when they do catch, I am forced to lay down the hand too often. I've had to fold AA three out of the last 4 times I have had it, at least all were the right lay downs...

If I continue to get myself in too many bad spots, I will post some hand histories on here soon for you guys to tear apart!!
    Thanks again

If you want to prevent losing big $$ when you have big pockets, then learn how to fold them.

If you can't fold a big hand when you think you might be beat then that's a major leak.

The bolded bit makes it seem like you're just running bad. However, as has already been said, can't help unless we see a hand history!

Sorry guys, trying to get some hands on here. I have requested them to my e-mail three times now, but for some reason I have not received them still.
