Giving Advice To Others vs Own Play

I have noticed that if i am watching a friend play an online game i can help them play thier hands/give them advice on betting/bluffing. I help them get 12-15k then walk away only to hear that they lost all thier chips within a 1/2hr.

Now here's the promblem...I CAN"T FOLLOW THE SAME ADVICE!!!!!!!!!!! at times i can play this advice to a T, or i get a few chips then lose them to a big bluff, over betting good hole cards pre-flop.

Anyone else have this issue?
