Payment for november not received - URGENT

I am have not received any payment from you regarding November and it is the 8th of January this is getting really annoying.

This is the third e-mail I write to you, two of witch have not been replied.

The one which i got an answer is at least hilarious:

"Hello Pilequinha,

Rakeback for November was paid already on the 18th of December. The amount paid must be 150,56.
Please recheck your UB transactions history once again."

I HAVE NOT A UB ACCOUNT I PLAY AT ABSOLUTE POKER!!!!!!

Please, please resolve this matter.

If you do not want my business please say so as i will terminate my accounts with you and go elsewhere.

I also have to apologise the thing is the first payment i received from you guys was in the transfer tab in the cashier i have been looking there almost daily and just yesterday i saw that i was not under there but in the credits tab ans in fact it was paid on time.
