Kentucky Court of Appeals overturns the domain name seizure order

Kentucky Court of Appeals today overturned the gambling domain name seizure order.

Court of Appeals panel said that an Internet domain name is not a gambling device.

It stretches credulity to conclude that a series of numbers, or Internet address, can be said to constitute a "machine or any mechanical or other device ... designed and manufactured primarily for use in connection with gambling.

3. Franklin Rains. His economic advisor bilked Fannie Mae for over $100 million. The economic collapse was because of Democrats not bush.

4. Rev. Lowry. Made a racist/ anti-white benediction at the inauguration and Obama smiled and laughed.

5. Plans to destroy the American economic sysytem. Unreal spending on public works sent us from a bad recession in 1931-33 into the darkest Depression in 1935-1939. It is lunacy.

6. Plans to let terrorists kill us. Open Gitmo, treat terrorists with kid gloves. Let us become targets again.

7. Code Pink. These lunatics should all be killed. The say all U.S. military personnel are war criminals and deserve death. Got front row tickets to the inauguration.

I'm not sure how President Obama falls into the definition of "the supreme spirit of evil" based on this. In fact, it seems as though he is human, and therefore inherently couldn't be "the devil" based on traditional definitions of "the devil."

This particular part #4 made me ROFL...there was nothing "anti-white" about his benediction...I found it quite hilarious personally..."When Black can come back, When Brown can stick around, When Yellow can be mellow, When The Red Man can get ahead man, and When White can do what's right." He's an old man who's lived to see it all...and his comments were just a reflection of that...I personally enjoyed it and nodded my head at it, because as much as anyone would hate to admit it, his words were right on point. And if you paid close attention, the enormous crowd gathered at this event were ALSO laughing...not just Obama.

And by the way, he's NOT Black...he's mixed. People are only considering him black because of his skin tone...which baffles me but that just shows the ignorance that still remains in our country, and likely always will. People are judged far too often by their appearance.

Look at my avatar...if you saw me on the street, what would you think of me? I guarantee anything you came up with would be incorrect...99% of the time, people are way off base when they approach me and ask me if I'm "this or that." But it's simply a judgment based on skin color and appearance. That's all people in our country know anymore, and it's pathetic.

Personally, I think it's also ignorant to judge someone by the people around them. I know a woman who mentors to drug addicted teens. She takes them out into public in some of her lessons to them, showing them things and explaining life lessons. But if you saw her surrounded by known drug addicts in public, you would judge her as one of them, simply because your ignorance blinds your ability to ask questions beyond that which you can plainly see.

Anyway I could go on all day about this, but I will close with this: If Ignorance is Bliss, the USA must be in Heaven...

It is quite obviously an anti-white diatribe. It has been declared as such by even liberal sources. I am not judging Obama on his color, his actions are the danger. He has zero comprehension on economic matters and his plan is pure socialism. If anyone here hadn't heard, socialism has never worked. The inauguration was attended by a bunch of classless morons. They boo-ed President Bush, his WIFE, and their family. They made chants that were very disrespectful. I had a huge amount of disgust for President Clinton, but I would never have dreamed of doing that...and neither did the inaugural audience in 2001.

Remember that Clinton and his staff trashed the White House on their way out...including ripping all the W's off the computer keyboards. Guess what Bush did? Nothing...he left the White House better than he found it.

Democrats generally show a lack of class, moral, principles...since they have none of those values anyway.

Treasury Sec-designee...doesn't pay taxes, illegal immigrant nanny..."It's okay, he just made a mistake." Would same be said of a Republican????

This next 2 years will be horrible. lilady, I have never attacked you personally, just the argument...there is a big difference. And how, exactly, am I the close-minded one? I look at all matters from all viewpoints and settle on the correct one. The MEDIA, as we all know, is ridiculously liberal. It is you who have been duped by them. I hope you'll open your mind and let the truth filter in. The video above is uncontrovertible...Bush was not a great president, but he knew the problem, and he didn't create it. He kept us safe for 7-1/2 years from enemy attacks.

It's quite simple...closed minded people will accept what they believe to be fact, whether it is fact or not. Open minded people will at least consider both sides of an arguement. When one is closed off to only their strict beliefs, then they are by definition, closed minded. I was not intending that to be an attack, but if that's how you took it then I apologize. It's just that I am always open to hearing all sides of an arguement, and all you've done and this and the other thread is try to press your beliefs on everyone else, and shoot down anything they've come back with. A true debate is an open one.

I know that there are things that Bush did right, and there are things that Bush did wrong. But now there is a new man in office...no amount of slander will change that fact. So how about giving him a chance to royally screw up before bashing his very existence?
