Default Obama and Democrats trying to destroy the USA

The very beginning of our economic crisis started in 1979 under Carter, when they eroded the guideline of putting down 20% on a home. 1999 Clinton admin put it into overdrive by forcing banks to make loans to people who were bad credit risks, 5% down, 0% down, No Income No Job loans...

Acorn, with the direction of Barack Obama, blackmailed banks into making bad loans

When President Bush and Republican law-makers tried to regulate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac the Democrats (who get tens of millions from those organizations) stopped them in 2004 when we could have prevented this. Franklin Rains walked away with over $100 million stolen from Fannie Mae, and therefore from US the taxpayers since we bailed them out. Rains was Obama's economic advisor during the campaign.

Seriously, for every "liberal scum" post you make, there can be just as many "conservative scum" posts.

There are bad conservatives. The difference is they have jobs and responsibilities that they take care of...so they don't have time to do these offensive things.

If you don't think those people are scum tell me why. They are obviously liberal, so I believe the label fits.

The Dems/Libs and Obama are the 1927 Yankees of corruption and immorality. I have made the assertion, and backed it up with evidence. If you disagree, you must do the same, not just drop a one-liner or sling ad hominem attacks.

I'm simply not going to waste my time backing up what I've said. There is no need to, as it's pretty obvious. "George Bush"... ? Really?

Just so you know, I'm very moderate. I'm not happy about some things with Obama by all means. I'm just not going to be so radically over the top and call him Satan because I don't agree with him on all subject matters. I'd rather go grind a $0.01/$0.02 table and go all in every hand than actually put a ton of time and effort into debating with a radically closed minded individual.

You won't "waste" time backing it up because you can not.

Please show me where I am am close-minded. Your rant shows more of a closed mind than my posts. Just because my viewpoint is different doesn't mean I am closed. On the contrary, I could debate strongly any view. That is why my arguments are generally unassailable. If that is a source of annoyance to you, it may mean your views have little depth and are not backed up by facts. You may need to switch to the conservative side.

So, please leave out the tired obligatory liberal shots of "close-minded" and such at the debator. Instead, intelligently debate any of my points. It is good for the mind

Not at all. Obama and the liberals are creating thousands of new ones everyday with their lunacy.

Actually, a closed minded person would pick a fact (even if it is true or not) and find ANY evidence to back up that fact. It could be something from the past, something recently, or even something miss interpreted. They do not listen to other people's facts, insist that they are wrong, and try to force there ideas onto others, insisting that theirs is right.

Just face it, Obama is our president for the next 4 years. If you can't handle that, then go move to another country because it's a Democracy, and the majority of people liked Obama (even if it was for political reasons) and chose him. Obviously people saw some qualities in him that made him fit and suitable for our next president. We all hated Bush as our president, but he was our president. So why spend all our time talking about bad of a president he is, or what he is going to do wrong, or what you don't like about him and try to be a better community, a better democracy, a better country, and a better person?

Unfortunately, your post was rife with errors. First, your definition of close minded is completely wrong. The dictionary definition is: Intolerant of the beliefs and opinions of others; stubbornly unreceptive to new ideas.

That definition fits you and everyone who has responded better than it fits me. I take it none of you took a good debate class in high school. First lesson, don't attack the other debator. Second, establish a clear position different from opponent's position, then back it up with facts. As you can see from my posts, I stake out a position (which you may not like), but then I even give you VIDEO to back it up. Yes, I know my skill makes it nearly impossible to construct a valid rebuttal, but does that mean you must dig into the James Carville bag of Slings and Arrows???

Why not try a valid debate?

Oh, and by the way, Obama will be a disaster as president. See Above proofs.

Actually, as my response to him shows, is was very poorly said. Why is everyone scared to back up their liberal positions without attacks? Is it because you all know they don't hold water?

I have not attacked anyone, why are you attacking me? Why not attempt civil discourse...don't be like those Code PINK morons.

The sad thing is this...I bet those attacking me didn't even watch the video proofs I posted. They would rather attack a position without basis, than open their minds to the facts...

uh oh, that means they fit the definition of close minded to a T!!!!!!

I said "well said" because he showed great reastraint in his response...don't try to tear apart my comment to justify your beliefs, please. My comment was directed toward gamer, not you. This has gone far enough I think. You've gone from stating your beliefs, to being down right hateful about it. You've said your piece, you've posted your "evidence" now leave it at that. If you cannot handle the replies your posts get, maybe you should not post them. You should know that politics is a hugely touchy subject, and is bound to start arguements...

And by the way, I agree with him where he said that Whites have a typical response when seeing someone walking down the sidewalk toward them...I went to a predominantly black school, and anytime we played sports games against predominantly white teams, they either acted scared shitless or threw about the "N" word...so although it was probably tasteless of him to bring this up, it is true...and to say he "hates white people" is being a bit extreme, considering half his family is white, and so is he.

I see you talking but all I hear is blah blah blah

I will broach this lightly. I have a position, I levelled it...how is that trying to push my beliefs on others? And PLEASE show me by quotation where I have even been the least bit hateful. I respect your right to disagree, but please have a valid reason for it. I am tired of people with zero knowledge affecting this country, that very well might not be you. You may have carefully crafted beliefs forged by reason. I just asked for that reason to be expounded rationally. Our Founding Fathers worried specifically about the uneducated voting. I am not a Bush fan, and was not a McCain fan, but Obama is scary. And the fact he has the worst possible Congress makes it worse.

What specific issue(s) lead you to vote for him?

nah, you're not closed-minded at all. obama has been on the job for a grand total of 4 days and you've already declared he's out to destroy america. i'd say you've given him a fair chance.

by the way, considering over 80% of the country has a favorable opinion of obama, far more than even voted for him, i'd say he's creating a lot of democrats. but that's just logic talking. feel free to come to your own conclusion.
