It's obvious that ALL poker sites want you to keep your money on hand, and making it as difficult as possible to withdraw lends itself to that theory.

You would think that allowing free and easy transfers in and out, that it would attract more poker players than it would cause to leave. Most of us are not going to cash out and never play again...

If the USA gets it's act together and regulates poker, this is one of the areas where the players would definitely benefit There would likely be strong regulations governing the transfers of monies both in and out.
