It showed to me 45d rackeback then i suddenly got 7d.... and now a week later all the amounts changed in the past transactions??? Whats going on???

    All the best,
    Rakeback Online Poker Forum

That email is confirmation that this was indeed a thread that i was about to bump for HAVING THE SAME ISSUE FOR THE 2ND WEEK IN A ROW.

The problem here is I have NOT recieved a response from Rakeback for monies I believe are owed to me. This week alone I would be getting over $300.00 rakeback and now it shows -$784.00 for my rakeback. Do you understand that means my "netrake" would be NEGATIVE $3500??????

AGAIN, I HAVE NOT USED ANY FT POINTS

I HAVE NOT USED ANY BONUS'S

I HAVE NOT BEEN IN ANY TOURNIES THAT THE ENTRENTS DIDNT COVER THE GUARNTEED PRIZE POOL

I have filled out several "support tickets" and received 1 reply back that said the raketracking/">rake tracker wasnt working BUT THEY DIDNT DENY MY RAKE WAS WRONG

First off, I would please like a response to this from the mods asap as to why my thread was deleted.
Second, I would like an explanation of whose having the issues either YOU or Fulltilt as I am the customer and this is my money we are having issues with.

Please understand I dont mean to come across harsh but when my thread gets deleted and I get no helpful resonses back things start to look a little fishy..............

    Hi tstrachan22,

Just a quick reply that our policy is not to remove any legitimate posts, only spam and posts with advertisements etc. So I don't know why your post would appear to be deleted. Nevertheless its now 11 pm here and I'm reading the forum from home so I can't do much, but someone will look in to your thread/post and issue tomorrow.

Edit: The deleted thread with title "I played for 12 hrs on the 3rd" your are talking about appears to be this:
    http://www.rakeback.com/poker-forum/...fulltilt-5826/

That initial post has been later edited by you, and my guess is that since the original post title is "I played for 12 hrs on the 3rd" but the thread URL now reads "fulltilt", is that this is a feature of the forum software we use. If the title of the original post is edited, the URL of that post is also changed. So that will cause the link in your email to lead to a page that is not found.

We'll look in to your FullTilt deductions tomorrow.

Thanks Mollila. Yes I edited after i realized it was infact NOT deleted and thought the thread title may catch some ones attention lol and I am sorry for that. Nevertheless, my net rake and rakeback total has yet changed again to a sickening total of:

    NET -$4900
    RAKEBACK -$1350

Thank you for looking into this

    Hello tstrachan22,

This is just a technical problem. All your generated rakeback is paid correctly once a week, our Rake Tracking is for informational purposes and it can have glitches or wrong data sometimes but it is all temporary and fixed as soon as possible.

Also nobody deleted your posts all your old posts are here in one merged thread:
    http://www.rakeback.com/poker-forum/...roblem-2-5826/
Cause people all over the forum started to create threads with the same topic so we gathered them all in this thread above.
