    Default 2012...

So the threads last day and Where is everybody?! have got me thinking....2012 is coming soon. The year many prophets have predicted to be the last year of earth. May it be some astronomical interference or some religious second coming, we are all going down (or up) in 2012. There's actually a movie coming out soon titled 2012 that is looks to be somewhat badass, but the ending is soooo predictable. So, here's my theory. Everyone is stockpiling food and building an underground bunker (Simpson's did it!).

There you have it. Inactivity is due to the end of days.

12/21/12 is just supposed to be end of the Mayan calendar. It's the common thought that the world will end, but that's not directly related to this date.

"The Hopi and Mayan elders do not prophesize that everything will come to an end. Rather, this is a time of transition from one World Age into another. The message they give concerns our making a choice of how we enter the future ahead. Our moving through with either resistance or acceptance will determine whether the transition will happen with cataclysmic changes or gradual peace and tranquility." - Joseph Robert Jochmans

I have no idea who this guy is but he summed it up mostly haha. It's simply the end of one era and the beginning of another. There is apparently going to be a significant change in the world, leading to possible destruction.

Luckily 2012 will end the reign of the worst and most dangerous president in American history. He will lose and be sent away so that we can fix all the damage he has already inflicted on us. Goodbye Obama the idiot, hello Newt Gingrich as our next president!!!

HAHA, wow. That is the grossest post I've seen in awhile. Do you have a huge confederate flag hanging in your living room? I don't know why else you'd be this upset about someone being in office for 4 months.

Wow, look at the bad assumptions and faulty reasoning here. The only people that can disagree with socialism is a confederate?

at least in socialist countries they are allowed to play poker legally. And in the UK there isn't even any tax on gambling winnings. Obama doesn't have the balls for socialism, its unfortunate too.

If it is a choice of playing poker in a dirt-bag socialist country, or no poker in a fully capitalistic USA ( like the country was founded on ) I'll choose the latter. Poker is great, but if you are basing you electoral decisions based on who supports it you are a complete moron. Socialism has never worked, and it never will. Why don't you leftists move to a socialist country and leave good, honest, hard-working Americans alone to build the country we want. Seeya.

I did not make this thread for your political rants and am not happy about your half-witted idea to use it as such. Move your topic else where
