A "miracle hand" to me would be someone catching a case Ace to make Quads versus an already made Quad Kings hand...

The OP hand is hardly a miracle... quite the contrary, it's very common... not a phenomenon though... just normal everyday internet poker...

Normal everday poker. No need to include the word internet in front of it, as I've seen stuff like this happen all the time live too.

Very true, dew... I just said "internet" because for the time being that's my only available venue. I'm hoping by mid-summer I'll be able to start going back to the casino again. Just have to wait and see...

Yep, a real let down. I was expecting 5 aces or something.

İn FTP, it happens too much than usual. Of course in the long term, it gives no one an advantage.

But lets say, if you have 100$ bankroll, perhaps with your current style, you will have 1000$ after 3 months. But if there are 300$ lucky and unlucky runs, than you will have nothing after 3 months .

Perhaps, its a better strategy to try winning that 1000$ with a 1000$ bankroll. (Not 100$)

I had AA lose to 55 on a 56TA5 board today. I had AA on a board of AATTT. And I had the wheel straight flush. I haven't had any of these happen in my life, and they all happened today. If I haven't played so many hands, I'd think Full Tilt is rigged too. Some people who don't play that many hands have to go through stretches like that when they first start out. That's where all this talk comes from. They think that just because these occurrences happened when they first started, it happens to everyone and it will continue to happen. It's faulty logic.
