An update does not come later for those days, but neither is rake/rakeback guessed.

Some poker rooms do not provide rake data reports for each separate day, but rather update a cumulative monthly report. If for some reason we do not get a rake report on one day, the next report that we get will have the cumulative rake of all days that month. All rake and rakeback is accounted for, but what we do in our raketracking/">Rake Tracking is displaying a divided average of the total rake for these days.
