i'm from germany and my english isn't perfect, so i have to ask a few questions to be sure what this site is about. it might look a bit stupid, but i just want to be sure what it means to use rakeback.

as i interpreted your offer, 30% of all rakes i pay wil be paid back to me. right?
now my first question is, how do you profit from this? whats your advantage to pay me money back?

i ask this question because i didn't find out if there's any risk for me.

do i have to pay your money for your service? or do i only get the rake back if i win or perhaps lose?

i hope that you can help me and perhaps you will have a new customer.

Correct. Although some poker rooms do deduct bonuses etc from your rake before rakeback is calculated. This information is shown on the rakeback poker room information pages.

We get a commission from poker rooms that is on top of your rakeback payment.

Your only risk would be that you do not get the rakeback payment we promise to pay you. And we do not want this to happen, as dealing rakeback is our whole business.

You get rakeback out of every pot you play where poker room takes rake. You do not have to pay us for using our service; as stated above, the poker room already pays us a commission on top of your rakeback. So our profit comes from the poker rooms as well.
