Withdrawing Money with Mastercard

Hey

1st Time Poster (hope this is in the right spot).

I just recently signed up through Rakeback to UltimateBet. One of the reasons I chose this site compared to some of the others was because rakeback.com has listed that you can withdraw your funds through Mastercard (http://www.rakeback.com/ultimatebet/review/ ...Could someone point me in the right direction to accomplish this?

I have searched through the Ultimate Bet "Payout" section and they only list a few (with no mention of Mastercard) and I've also checked through the webpage and have only come across Visa withdrawls. Also should point out I am trying to do this from Canada, not the U.S.

I am sure I am just missing something, but I am sort of new to all of this and any help would be greatly appreciated.
