Magic with Rakeback... cards!

That's right. As some of you may or may not know, I do some magic as an amateur magician. But with these new Rakeback cards that I received about a week ago, I had the chance to play with them and made some card tricks with them.

So pretty soon, I am going to post a video that I am going to edit myself with my new cards to show off my awesome skillz and to make some people envious of my new cards provided to me by rakeback.

Bty, if anyone here knows how to edit videos or knows even a little bit about it (because I am going to edit my video basically blind) then any help is appreciated. Just post here or PM and we can collaborate to make a cool video.

Ok, I am half way done with the filming process. I am making sure I have every trick down pat and am going to try and put them all into one clean shot. That is going to be one long, drawn out process. Just a little update.

I was about to update this today. Sometimes I hate computers.

I had to restart my comp, and it did this funky thing and erased the videos and some other pics that I had on my computer. They were all individual clips of about 10 card tricks that I was going to mash together with some music and transitions, but them being deleted got me thinking.

Instead of having a mashed up video, I think it would be better of I did a routine to some music in one shot and posted it. But that is going to be a little bit more tricky because the WHOLE shot has to be perfect, and it has to be pre selected music which I still havn't picked yet.

Anyone want to throw out some suggestions? So far, my only thought is the beats to Lady Gaga's Poker Face song.

Ok, so getting my hands on just the beats to Lady Gaga's Poker Face is proving to be a harder task that I thought. Curse my non music searching abilities. I can search and find pretty much everything else on the internet except this.

But anyways, it is looking like I am going to have to get the full song and do a routine to that. It is going to be difficult, since I will not be talking and it is a couple minutes long routine. So I am going to get the song either this friday or this weekend and give myself a couple days to listen to it and practice.

I plan to have the video ready by either a week and a half, or two weeks.
