I hate to make a thread about this but I have sent 2 support requests and haven't received any replies. Can somebody please let me know when the June rakeback for pacific will be paid.

    Hello lockwoodlad,

We're trying to contact our affiliate manager at Pacific for quite some time already, and we'll let you know as soon as they get back to us.

Unfortunately, we have difficulties reaching Pacific Poker and getting some kind of feedback from them. We do our best to get reports from them, but so far not very successfully. In the meantime, we recommend you to choose some other poker room to play if you want to get rakeback.

If you are interested in any other rakeback deals, please view this list: http://www.rakeback.com/poker-rakeback

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm quite happy posting on the forum thanks. I think others need to be kept aware that getting paid the rakeback isnt necessarily a straightforward thing. So far I've been most unimpressed with my introduction to your rakeback system.
You talk all the talk but when it gets to receiving the cash, I've yet to see any.

    Hi,

Ultimatebet and Absolute Poker have $1 limit for their rakeback payments. Your June rakeback is less than this, so no payment was made. For your convenience, we recommend you to contact support for this kind of personal matters in the future.

Hey loook. I must totally apoligise for my aggressive tone. I misread the figures and the $216 I was expecting was in fact for Absolute Poker and which, now I look, I have received.
I will eat humble pie for the rest of the day................

It is a straightforward thing. If you for some reason did not received your payment we will contact the poker room and ask them for the details, because most of the payments are made by poker rooms automatically. We recommend people to use our Customer Support Service in these cases because some personal information might be involved in the conversation

You talk all the talk but when it gets to receiving the cash, I've yet to see any.
Forum is not the only place where we communicate with our customers. Most of the conversation is going on via the Customer Support Service. Forum is more for the general discussions. Of course you are free to post but we are trying to keep this place organized to avoid offtopicing.

Anyway I hope that soon you will fully understand how it all works I recommend you to read the forums, cause a lot of things were already asked and answered, we also have FAQ here: and of course Customer Support just submit your ticket

The affiliate manager of Pacific Poker was emailed this week again, no answer, we sent one more email today to her and to her coworker. Also we tried to call her, no result. Do not worry we will not forget about this case. So the only thing which we can tell you is just please wait.

So I'm guessing this is why rakeback is no longer offered for Pacific? Too bad I was going to sign up as I've read the games are really soft there

    Hi,

Pacific just stopped offering any kind of loyalty program, so there is nothing we can offer anymore for them

    Thanks for th update guys
Guess I will no longer be playing on Pacific.
I had some months in the past where I earned over $1k in rakeback alone.
I had stopped playing for a while but had planned on getting back into it.
Now pacific simply lose out on over $1k of rake a month from me alone.
    How short sighted of them.
They have brought a new program out it looks like but it is damned difficult
to reach their VIP level due to the volume the site has.

    Hello everyone.

Here is updated information from Pacific:
Since Pacific Poker was moved to the Rewards program, we left the players autonomous to claim his/her own rakeback. Whereas before we would pay the players each month, today the players can cash their rewards at any time they wish.

Old 25% rakeback players were put on a special status called “*_emerald_*” which means that they are earning 25% cashback but it works like this:

Players play and get status points. The status points are then turned into reward points based on the status the player is on. _Emerald_ players are on a 12.5 multiplier which means as follows:

A player generates $1 in rake (or tournament fees). That $1 turns into the following:
    $1 = 2 status points

Status points x multiplier (level) = reward points. Reward points are redeemed at the rate of $1 per 100 points.

    Emerald:
    $1 = 2 status points x 12.5 = 25 reward points 25/100 = .25 = 25% of $1.

Let’s translate it into other amounts:

    $100 rake generated

    $100 = 200 status points x 12.5 = 2500 redeemed for $25 (2500/100) which is 25% of $100.

As you can see from our above explanation, we recently launched our rewards program, an official program available to all players at Pacific Poker regardless of which marketing channel (affiliates, seach engines, etc.) they came from.

We decide to keep all players who were active for at least 4 months on the deal. When I mean active, players who generated at the least $1 (which is not at all a lot to ask for).

Gross rake does not change. The only difference now than before is that the player is not earning any cashback on his casino activities; whereas before we had no way of separating it now our loyalty is geared strictly towards Poker.

The reports can give players a good idea of what rake they are generating but they will not tell the player how much bonus he is entitled to. The player must look at his current reward points and redeem them accordingly. Player has his own rewards page he can log onto and track his progress.

There are no reductions. Whereas before we were calculating the 25% according to the revenue the palyer generated (which included deductions in bonuses, unclaimed fees, etc, same as what an affiliate earns) now he is getting loyalty points based on the rake generated, poker only.
