Updated. Today was particularly funny. I even told them I was going to post their names on the forum for public display. They didn't seem to mind. While I don't like turbo's as much, it was nice that they could only ask for the password for a much shorter duration than the regular speed tournaments.

The really nice thing is that ballboy asked last week about getting in. I explained to him that he would probably get invited if he participated. He actually listened and participated and then he ends up getting in this week.

It wouldn't be that hard for anyone else who just listened to us or read the thread. He's a shining example of the fact that we're not elitist or mean about it. You come, you participate, and you'll probably get an invite.

Exactly. The only thing I'm mean about is when people continually beg for the password when we already tell them no. Then today, one of them tried to say he'd pay $10 for the password LOL... it just floors me that people actually sit on the sidelines every single week begging for it. It is nice to see that because of the PTOTW, we have another member participating though.

lol, and i actually remember begging for the PW a while back, when ever it was DEW said.
anyway, the PTOTW is a sweet tourney, hope i can cash in it next time.

Nah... I was short both hands, and I'd shove KJs there again. The 77's was an attempt to get both of you to fold and hope if I did get called it was Ax so I was in a flip. Both were pretty standard considering sizes and assumed images. But, it's always nice when you can hit ~17% and ~41% against the same person twice crippling him and causing him to bubble and not you.

ouch, that hurts in my stomach. its bad enough you sucked out on me, even worse your ubbing it in this was an extremly important tourney for me since i was hoping to start a decent BR through it. the whole time i was scared i was going to end up in 4th...go figure.
anyway, at least now i know how you like to play and will be ready for it next week.

I don't particularly like the turbo format of the PTOTW, but man, it's nice to get the password beggars out a lot sooner. It feels like they are barely there compared to when we have the full time. I know it's not a huge difference in time, but it sure feels like it.

u got a few bad beats that got me to be both happy and sad at the same time.
sad- because no player deserves that kind of bad luck.
happy-unless that player is you!!! just kidding, you played a good game DEW, i enjoyed being in the same table as you. was also nice having 2 AFK duded in our table sitting after me, what a relief.

about the begging.... for the past 2 weeks now, since ive made the cut, i ve been getting PM's from beggers, anyone else get those?
