sounds about right. i haven't cleared all mine yet but i think if you clear the whole $100 then your net profit is $73.
i believe you can subtract 27% from whatever you clear to get your net profit.
The first post is correct. The bonus is deducted from your gross rake. To clear the bonus, it is costing more in rake than the bonus amount, so you'll still end + with your gross rake, but it'll be considerably lower because of the bonus. You'll get 27% of what your net rake ends up being. I don't know what deathcard is saying, but you basically will be paying rake to clear the bonus... this = your gross rake. Say you clear $40 in bonus, you'll then take your gross rake, subtract $40 from that. This gives you your net rake. You then multiply your net rake by 27% to calculate your rakeback amount.
If you clear the entire $100, you get the $100. The only thing that is hurt is the rakeback amount you would have had. You get the full bonus in its entirety. Right now here are my statistics...
Your raketracking/">Rake Tracking summary:
Gross Rake $192.21
Net Rake $90.27
Rakeback $24.34
I played in the iron man freerolls, so this has caused more than $100 to be deducted currently. I have however received every part of the bonus I've cleared. Having a rakeback account changes nothing about the bonus. It merely changes your Net Rake amount, which it turn lowers your rakeback payment.
yes but then the $100 is deducted from the gross, correct? so you would have received $27 in rackback on that $100 but since it's deducted we lose the $27 in rakeback. so it ends up coming to $73 net profit if you get the full $100. bottom line is i will have negative rakeback for a while.
at least that's how i see it, haven't received the bonus yet to confirm.
