    Default Rakeback's customer service terrible?

    I followed the instruction to get rakeback on Absolute and received an email stating that I wasn't eligable. Has anyone else had this problem? I've tried to contact Rackback's customer service via email and haven't received a response for 1.5 weeks! Has anyone else experienced this type of service??

    Hi acd1313,

    We get information about users from our affiliate manager and Absolute reported us that you are tagged to another affiliate. This might be a problem that you didn't clear your cookies as it is written in the sign up instructions. You are not the first who experience same kind problem but unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this. Both of your emails to support@rakeback.com were answered and I send you copy of them again to your email and as PM just in case. Let me know if you didn't receive any of my messages.
