this might be the wrong forum but can anybody here tell me the lowest level of nl where the avg pot is big enough to cap the rake at 3$ per hand? 400nl? dose 200nl get there?

Well the rake is $0.05 per $1.00 so find tables where the average pot is $60+ and it will be capped at the $3.
