Much depends on your position and how you play these kinds of hands. Also depends on the limits you're playing at. If you're playing freerolls or micro stakes, you can't expect to find or see any professional-level play, so you'll see a lot of weird plays with weird hands. I'd suggest if you're not familiar with playing in and out of position, read up on it. Just knowing that can help you a lot. Then you can move on to working on your pre and post-flop play, and learning to recognize the errors and/or strengths of your opponents. This game is a lot more complicated than most people think, and all the different variables that come into play will decide whether or not you will win or lose each hand you play.

PS > It's in the human nature to always put more effort into remembering negative instances than positive ones. Looking at human beings as creatures, it's a natural defensive mechanism to remember negativity in order to avoid it in the future... i.e. preserve and protect. We don't put as much effort into remembering positive instances because good things don't potentially cause us harm, so we don't have an inherent need to remember it for very long.

Play more hands and it will even out. Keep a journal of every time it happens.

It might feel like that, but remember that TT is the favorite over AKo, and will win 57 times out of 100. Overall, it's fairly close to a coin toss. Like travz said: play enough hands and it will even out.
Limit poker is a science, but no-limit is an art. In limit you are shooting at a target. In no-limit, the target comes alive and shoots back at you.

a hand in poker starts at the flop. Before the flop all is %'..10's over AK is a good start, untill the flop, and it's 3 high cards, and one is A or K , then you start praying for A K Q.

It is possible you may be running bad in the short run but poker players tend to have very selective memories. You always remember when you lose with AQ vs AJ because you know that you "should" win most of the time. Maybe you aren't remembering the times that you are winning when you are ahead because it should happen. Do you use any tracking software? Maybe you should try pokertracker and track your results and that way you will know for sure if you are running below EV.
