It would seem as if no one around here knows and since rakeback employees don't work during the weekend, you probably won't get an answer until Monday. Patience is key here.

All rakeback payments are processed automatically by Full Tilt. They probably had some technical bug. Full Tilt is notified about the problem and hopefully payments will be processed today. We will post more info here as we get it from FT and also all tickets submitted to our support will be replied today.

Full Tilt payments for the period 27th of October to 2nd of November were not processed to some players due to the technical bug in Full Tilt system. They are investigating this and payments will be made within this week. Unfortunately, they didn't provide precise payment date. We will post more information on the website as soon as we get if from Full Tilt.
