Default River Value Bet or Not?

Couldn't figure out this player's range here, and wasn't sure if a value bet was the right play, or to just check behind.
Just sat down, no reads on this player.
He had a VPIP of 60 with a PR of 0 for the small 10 hands I had against him.

What do you put his range on here?
Is a value bet still profitable enough considering I am only beat by a straight and trips?

If you bet anything other than $22 I'm calling you crazy. The hands we're trying to get value from are AQ and KQ. Any bet higher and we're not getting a call from KQ. Anything lower and we're losing value. We're beat here around 0% of the time.

Alright, good. I just needed some extra reassurance even though I was just about positive there was still value in weaker hands. I have been looking for my leaks since I am just slightly profitable at 50NL still and know I have room to improve greatly, just not sure where yet lol. My pre-flop choices are all solid, but I tend to fall apart in some post flop spots still.

And for this hand, I ended up betting a little more than you suggested, $25 i think, and ended up getting check raised to put me all in.
He turned over 10dJd, not much I could do about that.

Ok haha, 99% of the time we're beat here 0% of the time. Very weird play.

Sorry about that, got a little too excited to reply I guess lol. The last couple times I waited too long and then forgot about it, but I'll give the next one some more time.

It's okay... In my original reply I was just gonna say that it smelled like a slow play to me, and that I figured him for either QQ or JT, so yay for my gut, and boo for me being too late to answer lol

I could say I saw it coming since I play very similar to this. Let me ask this...if you were the other guy, how would you play this? I am not sure he played it too poorly. Yes, a reraise on the flop might have been better, but, to check he can induce that next bet and play the trap, which worked perfect! This is always an argument I have with myself of to raise or not to raise. Of course, if I was playing that hand, the river would have come another K! LOL

He played it poorly. Check/raise the flop gets all the money in since there's a flush draw on board too. He's losing tons of value. Maybe that's why he doesn't play much and isn't up money.
